Message from the President

Dr Rabnawaz Kalwar president After spending my career in non-profit management, I feel especially privileged to be writing this message as Chief Executive Officer of Insaf Social Welfare Association-ISWA. This is a special time in this organization’s history as we celebrate our successes and tremendous growth over the years. ISWA began its journey in 2010, and has spent these years continuing to build and expand our organization. ISWA has now become synonymous with commitment to helping vulnerable and rural communities from the hundreds of families we serve, to the vast teen mentoring program we have developed, and to the hundreds of adults and seniors whose volunteer dedication has enhanced their rural communities’ life. he spirit of community collaboration.Β  Looking ahead, we are focused on accelerating our growth strategy for reduction of poverty. Our commitment is providing exceptional client services and to living the core values of this organization to the fullest with dedication to enhancing the physical, emotional, intellectual health and wellness of the children, teens, adults and rural women. All of which brings positive change to the communities where we work and live. I am incredibly grateful to be associated with ISWA and excited about this journey. OBJECTIVES The Main Objective of the ISWA is to work out at grass root level organization in ISWA’s program areas to make enable rural communities to plan, implement and manage development activities for the cause of creating employment, reduction in poverty and quality of life regardless of religion, caste, and creed. To support and strengthen and compliment Government of Pakistan policies for community development To Strengthen the District Administration-Government of Sindh plans and strategy for implementation of poverty reduction programs for vulnerable communities of Sindh. ISWA VISION “To provide and supports in the basics of health, education, disaster, agriculture, gender, shelter to the poors under the umbrella of a professional and dedicated team.” ISWA MISSION To provide effective, visible and result oriented plans/programs which contribute to achieve our vision, goal of adequate education, protection and human rights facilities.

Development of society by the people for the people, build their capacity to use their personal, local, Natural and other external recourses ABOUT ISWA INSAF SOCIAL WELFARE ASSOCIATION briefly known as ISWA is non-government organization and non-political organization founded by 2009 by the social activists of the society, ISWA got registered with the Provincial Coordinator Social Welfare Department of Government of Sindh Pakistan under the registration no: PCSW (S) 1069-A Insaf Social Welfare Association (ISWA) was formed to bridge the gap between right holders and duties bearers / services provider through social development initiatives, advocacy and lobbying on the issues of common and poor people. Insaf Social Welfare Association (ISWA) Visualize of invisible vulnerabilities of ignored segments of the society like women, children, transgender and religious minorities differently able and rural youth are highly focus and take these all groups onboard to reduce the risk to their lives and livelihood and to make realization of their importance for the holistic development in society. Insaf Social Welfare Association (ISWA) serve as a flexible catalyst, to assist in the identification of opportunities, to promote equitable and sustainable development patterns among men and women both in the rural as well as in urban areas and in drawing the resources (technical assistance, financial support, training, infrastructural development etc.), to enable them to make full use of these opportunities.
